the venue


A hidden gem, Tondu House and it's 37 acre woodland is the perfect setting for for relaxation and transformation. It is a truly magical setting, especially in the summer. You will be well looked after by Natasha and her retreat team throughout your stay. You will leave feeling nourished and cared for in every way.

The site is used for community engagement projects and is a pillar of the local community. We will have exclusive ownership of the site during our retreat. Your attendance to the retreat will not only improve your own wellbeing, but it will give back to the local community by helping this amazing project continue to run.

There are only 11 spaces on the retreat so please book early to avoid disappointment. The accommodation is shared (but this just adds to the fun!).

Arrival will be Friday afternoon 1-2pm and departure Sunday afternoon.

All food will be high quality dairy, gluten and refined sugar free and cooked fresh for you (or with you!). Natasha will show you how tasty healthy eating can be, and you'll get a special recipe pack to take home to inspire you to continue with your healthier lifestyle. Any other dietary requirements can be catered for.
