the venue

A hidden gem, Tondu House and it's 37 acre woodland is the perfect setting for for relaxation and transformation. It is a truly magical setting, especially in the summer. You will be well looked after by Natasha and her retreat team throughout your stay. You will leave feeling nourished and cared for in every way.

The site is used for community engagement projects and is a pillar of the local community. We will have exclusive ownership of the site during our retreat. Your attendance to the retreat will not only improve your own wellbeing, but it will give back to the local community by helping this amazing project continue to run.

There are only 10 spaces on the retreat so please book early to avoid disappointment. The accommodation is shared (but this just adds to the fun.

Arrival will be Friday afternoon and departure Sunday afternoon.

All food will be dairy, gluten and refined sugar free and cooked fresh for you (or with you!). Natasha will show you how tasty healthy eating can be, and you'll get a special pack to take home that will inspire you to stick with the healthier lifestyle you experience on the retreat. There will also be a few surprises in there too!
